■Delivery Time
In-stock items are usually delivered within 14-14 days after payment is received. During peak season, please allow up to 3 weeks. We will notify you by e-mail when your order is ready to be shipped.
We take the utmost care in managing our inventory, but due to the lead time required for the information to be reflected, the actual number of items in stock may differ. We will contact you in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock.

■How to Order
Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page you wish to purchase.
Please check the contents of your cart, including product specifications and quantity.
Click [Proceed to Purchase] or your preferred payment service (ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay) button.
Enter your name, shipping address, shipping method, and payment method.
Click the "Pay Now" button.
A copy of your order will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
You will receive a notification e-mail when the product is ready to be shipped.
The goods will arrive within 14 days from the day after your order is placed.

■Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

■Returns/Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us after reading the following notes.
-In the unlikely event of a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the difference or defect.
-We will accept returns if the item is clearly different from the description on the product page.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is the result of our error (e.g. you received the wrong item or a defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.
-Refund rates may vary depending on the condition of the merchandise, especially if it has been opened, used, or appears to be missing original packaging and parts.
-We do not accept returns for customer convenience.
(Refunds do not apply to items that are damaged, missing parts, not in original condition, or show obvious signs of use for reasons not due to the seller's negligence)

◎Cancellation before shipment is accepted.
